Please follow the steps below to request access to JIRA through our IT Helpdesk self-service portal:
- Log into the Self-Service Portal: Begin by logging into your account on the IT Helpdesk self-service portal. If you do not have an account, please create one using your company email address.
- Navigate to the Access Request Section: Once logged in, locate the 'Access Requests' section in the main menu. This section is specifically designed for users to request access to various applications and tools used within the organization.
- Select JIRA Access Request Form: In the Access Requests section, find the option for 'JIRA Access Request.' Click on it to open the request form. This form will guide you through the necessary fields to fill out.
- Fill Out the Request Form: Complete all required fields in the form. This may include your name, department, reason for access, and any specific permissions you may need within JIRA. Be as detailed as possible to ensure your request is processed quickly.
- Submit Your Request: After filling out the form, review your information for accuracy. Once you are satisfied, click the 'Submit' button to send your request to the IT Helpdesk team for approval.
- Monitor Your Request Status: After submission, you can track the status of your JIRA access request within the portal. You will receive notifications regarding approval or any additional information needed.
